Are you a strong and experienced Store Manager who loves retail, people and creating results?
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to join ONLY and take the lead in one of our stores in Northern Norway / Trondheim.
This is a role for someone who truly loves being in a store. Someone who gets energy from sales, customers, people and performance – and who knows how to turn ambitions and KPIs into actual results.
As Store Manager, you will have a key role in driving the performance of the store. You will lead, motivate and develop your team while creating a strong sales culture where everyone knows what it takes to succeed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop your team with clear direction, energy and strong presence on the sales floor
Drive sales and continuously work to improve the store's performance
Take ownership of KPIs and use them actively to create results
Coach your team in sales, customer service and commercial performance
Create a strong and motivating team culture
Ensure excellent visual standards and a great customer experience
Plan and organize the daily operation of the store
Follow up on targets, budgets and performance and turn numbers into action
Recruit, onboard and develop talented team members
Be a strong role model who leads from the front
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF…
You are an experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager with a proven passion for retail.
You are commercially minded and understand that great results come from great people, strong leadership and a relentless focus on the customer.
